Once you are done completing your information, review Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and check the “I agree” box:

In order to access your Gmail account, in the upper right corner you will see the whole menu, where you click on Gmail icon:

If you want to change your e-mail settings, you have to click the gear icon and select “Settings”.

From there, you can start editing different categories for your e-mail box:
